Master Data Sharing Agreement

What is the Master Data Sharing Agreement

It is a legal document that allows data transfer between member sites. Signatories will be able to share data with each other without renegotiating a new data-sharing agreement for each new study.

Eligibility

You have to be a SkIN Canada member

Why did SkIN Canada Launch this initiative?

To solve the obstacle of legal documents in the data sharing process that research is facing.

Once a site joins the network via the Master Agreement, they would only need to sign the Study Implementing Form for future studies, rather than an entirely new agreement. Note that the transfer of biospecimens or funds between sites would need an addendum.
