Biography
Patient partner on the C-NeST Management Committee since its inception and an active participant in initiatives with the Save Your Skin Foundation. Living with a rare form of metastatic skin cancer for over 10 years, with experience in accessing international clinical trials, chemotherapy and radiation. Recognizing the need for strong patient advocacy in the rare disease space and the importance of access to international research.
Graduated from U.B.C. in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Medicine (Physio and Occupational Therapy) with 31 years of experience working across a wide range of healthcare settings.
