Jini John

Biography

Jini John is an Administrative Technician at the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) and a member of the Institute’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Advisory Committee. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Diploma in E-commerce and Marketing and brings over nine years of professional experience in administration, human resources, and business operations. Her work reflects a strong commitment to fostering inclusive, well-organized, and collaborative environments within academic and healthcare settings. In addition to her professional responsibilities, Jini actively volunteers with several Quebec-based non-profit organizations, contributing to social services initiatives and digital projects that support seniors. Her interests include equity-focused organizational practices, community engagement, and capacity-building through inclusive systems and processes.
